Legacy. Leadership. Leading Forward.

This month invites us to examine what sustains leadership over time.

Black History Month calls us to honour the legacy, resilience, and contributions of Black leaders whose impact continues to shape our industries and communities.

Valentine’s Day becomes a moment to reflect on the relationships that hold space for our growth.

Family Day reminds us that leadership is modelled in our daily actions long before it is formally recognized.

The Lunar New Year marks a time of renewal and an opportunity to move forward with greater clarity and intention.

HER Seat at the Table is not simply a gathering space. It is a platform for leaders and allies who are ready to build with purpose and shared responsibility.

Rooted in Honouring.

Driven by Empowerment.

Strengthened through Resilience.

Leadership Spotlight

We’re proud to spotlight Nancy Abdalla, founder of Weaver+ and creator of Pivot Queen, whose leadership blends strategic clarity with creative courage.

Through Weaver+, Nancy helps organizations move from vision to execution with intention. Through Pivot Queen, she explores reinvention and resilience during seasons of change.

Her continued presence strengthens our collective impact.

This month’s AHA conversation centred on a powerful truth:

The future is not something we wait for. It is something we design.

Executive coaching is not about correction. It is about clarity. It is about expanding perspective before urgency demands it.

Coaching invites us to ask:

What are you building?

What are you releasing?

Who are you becoming?

Thank you to those who joined us live and leaned into the dialogue.

Growth begins with reflection and strengthens with action.

Accessing Events and Registration

All HER Seat at the Table events are now live in one place.

Our website is your central destination to explore the full calendar, access event details, and register with ease. Members can also track their engagement throughout the year.

Emerging Voice, Empowered Leader, and Legacy Builder members, your benefits and access are now fully activated online for each posted event. Simply visit the Upcoming Event Calendar and register for the sessions available to you.

To create greater clarity and efficiency, we are streamlining all registrations through the website. This allows you to select the events that align with your schedule and interests without added calendar clutter.

Free and non-members are welcome to attend select events through pay-as-you-attend options. Every ticket purchased directly supports the continued growth and programming of HER Seat at the Table. All non-members are welcome to register for our upcoming events at a pay-as-you-attend basis. Every ticket sales contributes to the operational cost of running HER Seat at the Table programs.

Introducing SANCTUARY at CSE Live | April 27

In partnership with CSE Live, we are launching SANCTUARY, a bold leadership and creative development experience for event professionals.

Co-created by Carly Silberstein, Samantha Mele, Stacy Wyatt, and Connie Cay-Santos, this immersive day is designed to restore clarity, elevate collaboration, and reframe how we build sustainable success in the business of events.

Expect honest dialogue, strategic insight, and space to reset how you lead and design impact.

The Insight Hub

The Insight Hub continues to evolve as a curated space for leadership resources, tools, and thoughtful perspectives designed to support our community.

We are especially excited to feature Voices at the Table — a growing collection of thought leadership, insights, and stories from leaders within our extended community.

This section highlights diverse perspectives, lived experiences, and practical wisdom that reflect the spirit of HER Seat at the Table.

We welcome additional submissions from members and allies who would like to contribute their voices. If you have a perspective, resource, or story that would serve the community, we invite you to share it with us for consideration.

Explore the Insight Hub and discover the voices shaping our collective momentum.

Thank you for being part of this evolving community.

HER Seat at the Table is not built by one voice. It is shaped by those who choose

to engage, contribute, and lead alongside one another.

We look forward to building what comes next together.

With appreciation,
