Event Terms & Conditions
By registering for or attending any HER Seat at the Table event, program, or experience, participants agree to the following Terms & Conditions.
1. Registration & Refund Policy
All event registrations are confirmed upon purchase or access unlock.
Refund requests may be submitted up to seven (7) days prior to the scheduled event date and will be issued minus a 20% administrative and processing fee.
Refund requests received within seven (7) days of the event, or after the event has taken place, are not eligible for a refund. This includes tickets provided through HER Seat at the Table membership access.
This policy supports the thoughtful planning and delivery of intentional, high-quality experiences while honoring both participant needs and community sustainability.
2. Community Standards & Conduct
HER Seat at the Table is grounded in guiding principles of respect, inclusion, and psychological safety.
Participants are expected to engage in a professional, respectful, and collaborative manner at all times. Harassment, discriminatory language, disruptive behavior, or conduct that compromises the safety or experience of others will not be tolerated.
HER Seat at the Table reserves the right to remove any participant whose behavior is deemed inappropriate or misaligned with our values, without refund or credit.
3. Confidentiality & Content Protection
Event content, discussions, and shared experiences are intentionally curated for members and paid guests.
Recording, photographing, distributing, or sharing event content, access links, or private discussions without prior written consent is strictly prohibited. Participants are expected to honor the trust of the community and refrain from sharing information beyond the conversations held within the event space.
4. Recording & Media Use
HER Seat at the Table events may be recorded for on-demand access, educational purposes, and future programming.
By attending, participants acknowledge and consent to the use of audio, video, images, and chat contributions captured during the event. Participants who prefer not to appear on camera may turn their camera off or adjust their display name accordingly.
5. Event Changes, Substitutions & Format
HER Seat at the Table reserves the right to modify event content, speakers, format, timing, or delivery method as necessary.
In the event of a cancellation, postponement, or significant change, registered participants will be notified with updated information.
6. Technology & Access
Participants are responsible for their own technology, internet connection, and access to the event platform.
HER Seat at the Table is not responsible for disruptions, interruptions, or access issues caused by technical difficulties beyond our control.
7. Educational Content Disclaimer
All content shared during HER Seat at the Table events is provided for educational and informational purposes only.
It does not constitute legal, medical, financial, or professional advice. Participants are encouraged to seek appropriate professional guidance for their individual circumstances.
8. Privacy & Data Use
Personal information collected during event registration and participation is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy and is used solely for event delivery, communication, and community programming.
9. Right of Removal
HER Seat at the Table reserves the right to remove any participant whose behavior is disruptive, inappropriate, or misaligned with community values, without refund or credit, to protect the integrity of the experience for all attendees.
