CAY VII INC | HER Seat at the Table

1. General Terms

By accessing this website or engaging with CAY VII INC or HER Seat at the Table programs, you agree to the Terms & Conditions outlined here. These terms apply to all website activity, purchases, event registrations, memberships, digital products, and communications between you and CAY VII INC.

We may update offerings, pricing, or policies at any time without notice. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any changes.

2. Ownership & Intellectual Property

CAY VII INC owns all intellectual property associated with both CAY VII INC and HER Seat at the Table. This includes, but is not limited to:

  • Written content, workshops, and program materials

  • Digital downloads, templates, and tools

  • Community frameworks, leadership modules, and event formats

  • Visual branding, logos, taglines, and trademarks (including HER Seat at the Table™ filed in Canada)

  • Photography, video, recordings, and designs created for programming

You may not copy, reproduce, share, modify, distribute, or adapt any material without explicit written permission. Unauthorized use is strictly prohibited.

3. Digital Products & Materials

Any worksheets, reflection tools, guides, recordings, or resources provided through CAY VII INC or HER Seat at the Table are licensed for personal use only.

You may not:

  • Resell or redistribute materials

  • Republish content

  • Share materials with non-members

  • Upload materials to public platforms

  • Use content for your own business, events, or programming without permission

Violation may result in removal from programs and legal action.

4. Membership Terms

By purchasing a HER Seat at the Table membership (Emerging Voice, Empowered Leader, or Legacy Builder), you agree to:

  • All membership fees and terms displayed at purchase

  • Community guidelines and values

  • Automatic renewal policies when applicable

  • No refunds on membership fees, digital products, or community-based services

Memberships are non-transferable. Benefits may evolve as programs grow; members will be informed of any significant updates.

5. Event Terms & Conditions

Participation in any event, workshop, retreat, or session indicates agreement to:

  • The event details and policies listed at registration

  • Possible updates to speakers, format, or schedule

  • Photography or video being captured and used for promotional purposes unless you opt out in writing

CAY VII INC may cancel or reschedule an event at any time. Refund or credit policies will be outlined in each registration form.

6. Community Expectations

HER Seat at the Table is a values-driven community grounded in integrity, inclusion, respect, and empowerment.

Participants agree to:

  • Maintain confidentiality of what is shared in sessions

  • Engage respectfully and professionally

  • Avoid solicitation, spamming, or sales-driven interaction

  • Not engage in gossip, harm, or disruptive behaviour

  • Respect the lived experiences of others

CAY VII INC may remove individuals who violate these expectations without refund.

7. Collaborations & Partnerships

All collaborations, guest sessions, co-branded initiatives, sponsorships, or partnership opportunities must go through a formal intake and approval process.

Unless otherwise stated in writing:

  • All content created remains the property of CAY VII INC

  • HER Seat at the Table branding may not be used without permission

9. Disclaimer of Warranties & Limitation of Liability

All services and materials are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. CAY VII INC is not liable for:

Your participation is voluntary and at your own risk.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Ontario, Canada. Any disputes will be handled in Ontario courts.
