About

Empower Together is more than a philosophy. It’s how I lead, connect, and create.

I believe leadership is not a solo pursuit, but a shared journey built through trust, courage, and meaningful connection. The most impactful work happens when people feel seen, heard, and supported, and when clarity replaces complexity.

With over 20 years of leadership experience across corporate retail, association leadership, and event technology, my work sits at the intersection of strategy, experience design, and human impact. I’m known for bringing steadiness to complex environments, translating vision into thoughtful execution, and building ecosystems rooted in trust and collaboration.

As Founder and CEO of CAY VII INC, I partner with organizations to design strategic experiences, events, and partnerships that align vision with execution and deliver lasting value. As Founder of HER Seat at the Table, I lead a purpose-driven community supporting women leaders as they navigate growth, transition, and reinvention.

At the heart of my work is intentional leadership grounded in emotional intelligence, trust-based collaboration, and creating spaces where people and organizations can move forward together.

BONUS FUN FACT

CAY VII honours my roots as the seventh child. My Chinese name means Phoenix - a symbol of rising, rebuilding, and leading with grounded strength through every season of change.
