An immersive International Women’s Day virtual experience by HER Seat at the Table in collaboration with Women to Watch, designed for those ready to give generously, gain perspective, and engage in real conversations that spark connection, reflection, and forward momentum.
This two-hour online gathering brings together community members, friends, and allies for intentional networking, bite-sized leadership spotlights, and interactive partner-led experiences that invite participation, not passive listening.

Guiding the Experience
Devon Pasha Montgomery is a Facilitator of Human Experience, emcee, event strategist, and educator. She serves as Chief Experience Officer of DMP Creative and is a Certified Meeting Professional and Certified Event Designer.
