How I Lead the Project
I served as the dedicated event management and logistics lead for Women in Consulting, embedding directly into the client’s weekly planning cadence to ensure alignment across all stakeholders.
My leadership focused on consistency, clarity, and calm execution across five cities. I translated strategy and content developed by the internal team into detailed, executable plans—ensuring venues, partners, volunteers, and technical teams were aligned and prepared.
In Toronto, I acted as the primary on-site point of contact, managing timing, transitions, and live decision-making to keep the program on track. Across all markets, I ensured brand consistency and experience quality while adapting to local execution needs.
