Project Overview
A one-year strategic partnership initiative focused on elevating virtual and hybrid event engagement through gamification, sponsor ROI, and values-aligned industry collaboration.
Scope of Work
Served as Head of Strategic Partnerships (Contract) and the primary face of the brand, leading business development, partnership strategy, and client-facing engagement.
The scope included sales outreach, presentations and speaking engagements, client onboarding, platform customization, and execution support. I worked directly with event teams from initial discovery through delivery, ensuring Engamio’s gamification solutions were aligned to event goals, participant experience, and sponsor ROI.

How I Lead the Project
I led as a visible, trusted partner and the front-facing ambassador of the brand, bringing clarity, confidence, and optimism to every interaction. From sales conversations and keynote presentations to client onboarding and live execution, I showed up as both strategist and practitioner.
My leadership style balanced high-touch relationship building with practical delivery, ensuring teams felt supported, aligned, and energized. By leading with positivity, accountability, and a deep understanding of engagement design, I helped clients move past virtual fatigue and toward experiences that delivered real connection and measurable ROI.
Impact & Why It Matters
Over the course of the contract, I established 15+ strategic platform partnerships and supported 20+ event teams in designing and executing engagement-led virtual and hybrid experiences.
Through targeted exhibitor and sponsorship activations, including booth design, sponsored speaking opportunities, and customized in-platform gamification solutions, the initiative strengthened brand awareness, improved sponsor ROI, and demonstrated how intentional engagement design can transform virtual participation into meaningful business outcomes.
