Project Overview

A multi-day VIP experience curated for the River Horse leadership and partner team during their travel to Toronto for the ServiceNow World Forum. Designed to recognize, appreciate, and bring together a fully remote team, the experience blended intentional hospitality, strategic team-building, and personalized moments of connection.


Across three days, the program featured thoughtfully selected experiences from welcome drinks and team challenges to fine dining and immersive activities.  Each curated to encourage conversation, shared laughter, and deeper relationships while ensuring seamless flow, comfort, and care throughout the journey.

Scope of Work

  • Executive collaboration with the CEO to design the overall experience vision

  • Strategic team-building and VIP experience curation

  • Customized branded gifting strategy, including locally sourced and partner-supported items

  • Partnership coordination with Gift Guru for branded gift fulfillment

  • Booking and management of all activations, venues, and experiences

  • Review and management of contracts, agreements, terms, and costs

  • End-to-end logistics and transportation planning

  • On-site execution and guest experience management across all three days

  • Budget oversight and financial management

  • Dedicated communication channel setup and management via WhatsApp

How I Lead the Project

I worked directly with the CEO of River Horse as an embedded partner, not just a planner—operating as an extension of the team to ensure every detail supported a welcoming, thoughtful, and elevated experience.

My leadership focused on anticipation, care, and flow. From travel logistics and timing to hospitality touchpoints and personalized gifting, I ensured the team felt supported, seen, and valued throughout their stay. I remained on-site for the full duration, managing transitions, arrivals, and experiences while adapting in real time to team needs.

In parallel, I attended the ServiceNow World Forum alongside the team, gaining first-hand insight into the attendee experience and identifying future sponsorship and engagement opportunities River Horse could consider as they continue to grow their presence within the ecosystem.
