Connie is the Founder and Chief Experience Officer at CAY VII, which launched in January 2019 and was Incorporated into CAY VII INC in November 2022. She takes a creative entrepreneur approach to accepting special project contracts with clients to consult and drive strategic actions to deliver the business vision and objectives.

CAY VII INC represents Connie Cay-Santos as the seventh child in her Cay Family. Her given Chinese name is Phoenix!

She specializes in curating strategic partnerships, building trust through a human-centric approach, operational excellence, branded storytelling, and creative experience design solutions.
In the past five years, Connie has held high-profile roles in the Event Tech Industry, including:

- Senior Director of Growth and Engagement at Quest Audio Visual
