All content on this website and in our programs, including but not limited to written content, digital downloads, event formats, logos, taglines, community frameworks, workshops, and visual branding, is the exclusive property of CAY VII INC and protected by Canadian and international copyright and intellectual property laws.

You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from any content without prior written consent. Unauthorized use is strictly prohibited.

The names "HER Seat at the Table" and "CAY VII INC," including all associated logos and visual identifiers, are owned by CAY VII INC and may not be used without permission.

3. Membership Terms By subscribing to any HER Seat at the Table membership (including Emerging Voice, Empowered Leader, or Legacy Builder tiers), you agree to:

• The pricing and terms outlined at the time of purchase

• Our community guidelines and values of integrity, care, and inclusion

Memberships are non-transferable and non-refundable unless otherwise stated. CAY VII INC reserves the right to change pricing or membership benefits with appropriate notice.

4. Event Terms & Conditions Participation in HER Seat at the Table or CAY VII INC events (virtual or in-person) is subject to the terms listed at registration. CAY VII INC reserves the right to modify event content, speakers, or format.

Photography and video may be captured at events and used for promotional purposes unless otherwise stated.

5. Community Expectations

All members and participants are expected to engage respectfully and in alignment with our values of equity, care, and collaboration.

HER Seat at the Table is guided by a living framework of community principles that support inclusion, trust, empowerment, and meaningful connection. We encourage every member to review and uphold our official Guiding Principles.

Violations of these expectations, including disrespectful conduct, solicitation, gossip, or breach of confidentiality, may result in removal from events, programs, or the community.

6. Collaborations & Partnerships

Any partnership, co-branded initiative, or promotional collaboration with HER Seat at the Table must go through a formal intake process.

All intellectual property, content, and branding created or used in these collaborations remain the property of CAY VII INC unless otherwise agreed in writing.
