Our Discovery Session helps clarify your goals, uncover key insights, and align on next steps.
customIZED Proposal
Following our Discovery & Intake, you’ll receive a tailored proposal based on your project goals and scope.
It includes clear deliverables, timeline, roles, and estimated costs. If additional collaborators are needed, we’ll outline them upfront to ensure full transparency and alignment.
Confirmation & deposit
Once the project is awarded to CAY VII INC, a 50% deposit is required to initiate our work.
We’ll open a secure shared folder for collaboration and prepare our internal action plans.
The remaining balance is due one week prior to delivery or event date.
Project Execution
We lead with clarity and collaboration—handling logistics, communication, and stakeholder engagement.
You retain full visibility as we move forward with a shared critical path and a series of scheduled check-ins to keep everything on track, aligned, and intentional.
Scope Adjustments
If your project evolves, we’ll adapt with you.
Any scope changes will be formalized through a written addendum outlining updated deliverables, timelines, and costs.
Incremental fees may apply for approved out-of-pocket expenses (e.g., final reports, debrief sessions, or post-event deliverables)—always with full transparency and your approval before invoicing.
