HER Seat at the Table was founded with a vision to create more than just a network—it’s a movement to redefine leadership and foster empowerment for female leaders across the events and hospitality industry. What began as a co-created initiative between Connie Cay-Santos and Aracelly Delgadillo has grown into a thriving community shaped by shared purpose, connection, and meaningful impact.
Today, HER Seat at the Table is led by Connie Cay-Santos, CEO and Founder, under the strategic direction of CAY VII INC. We are proud to recognize Aracelly Delgadillo as a Founding Contributor whose early leadership helped bring this vision to life. While she has stepped away from day-to-day involvement, she continues to support the mission by contributing to special initiatives, including our annual International Women’s Day event.
The seats we create within our community are as dynamic and diverse as the women who occupy them. They reflect the roles we step into, the voices we amplify, and the power we reclaim in every stage of our journey. Leadership is not linear—and through seasons of transition, growth, and reinvention, our community helps women identify the seats they aspire to and claim them with confidence and intention.
